Shipping
Processing times are currently 3-5 business days to ship, upon receiving payment.
Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, in the US, with tracking numbers and insurance included. Once USPS in in possession of the package, we are not responsible for delays in shipping times.
Each product comes packaged in an individual kraft box, or muslin bag, and is ready for gift giving.
International Orders:
International orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive from the shipment date. If orders have customs fees and/or tariffs, you, the buyer, are responsible for paying these. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancellations
We gladly accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, and for sanitary reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, we want you be happy with your purchase! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to us.
